E-Billing Integration

Whether or not you have an electronic billing service, MentalNote will meet you where you are. Why change something when it has been working? … that’s what we always say. So if you have an electronic billing software let us know, and we will contact your vendor to explore integration (fees may apply). If you have your own in-house billing system, then MentalNote is perfect for you just the way it is. Regardless, MentalNote can create service logs, billing reports, invoices and collections reports.

It's not just the reliable name of DrFirst (trusted by such clients as Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, MI) that sets MentalNote apart from the rest; but, it's the way we have integrated DrFirst into our unique software. You'll save time with single sign-on and the National Drug Code format built right in. With our partnership, we are rolling out the electronic prescribing for controlled substances in a state near you.

We're not ONC-ATCB Certified quite yet, but that doesn't mean we can't get you certified. How? We're giving you a temporary EMR solution until you are ready to make that leap.
