MentalNote Has Identified 4 Types of Users
We understand that each MentalNote user is unique and looking for an edge in their practice. Having options is just essential. With this in mind, we present the latest MentalNote product offerings:
User 1 = MentalNote Solo Edition (SE) - Ready to go paperless, already have an EMR or an Electronic Document Management (EMD) software will do. User 2 = MentalNote Cloud Edition (CE) - Ready to go paperless and need an EMR but don’t need to meet Meaningful Use. User 3 = MentalNote CE with ePrescribing - Ready to go paperless and need an EMR & ePrescribing, but don’t need to meet Meaningful Use. User 4 = MentalNote Meaningful Use Edition (ME) - Ready to go paperless, need a full EMR that meets Meaningful Use and still have your MentalNote.
Just a beginner in the electronic age OR want something simple?
For beginners and international psychiatrists, you will love MentalNote SE. If you already have an EMR and/or just want an electronic documenting management software, then look no further. All progress notes and psychiatric evaluations are dictated your way and can be exported into any system. The SE will allow you to host your own database and if you want us to host it, just step up to the MentalNote CE. It’s finally time to simplify your practice and the computer actually helps rather than getting in the way.
More advance and ready to meet Meaningful Use Certification?
If you're ready to go paperless and ready to satisfy meaningful use, look to MentalNote ME. When you combine the simplicity of MentalNote’s EMR documentation and the power of Rcopia‘s ePrescrbing – you’ll get a certified modular EMR system. By implementing MentalNote ME, you'll be eligible to receive up to $64,000 (Medicare) and $44,000 (Medicaid) of the meaningful use government incentives payments. The great thing is, you just have to PROVE you purchase a Certified EMR for Medicaid submitters. You can pocket that money and have the ease of MentalNote on your side. That's less time searching for and pulling patient charts; fewer question calls from other practices and pharmacies; and more important safety checks including drug-drug interaction alerts and more.
